At Elmer Day Sober Living, guests are expected to uphold a standard of responsibility and accountability. This includes maintaining the cleanliness of their personal living space and contributing to the upkeep of the house by completing a daily assigned chore. Guests are also required to attend a minimum of three recovery meetings per week to support their ongoing sobriety and personal growth.
Additionally, guests are responsible for purchasing and preparing their own meals. We foster an environment of mutual respect, responsibility, and productivity. By adhering to these expectations, you will find yourself well-suited to the supportive and structured community we offer at Elmer Day Sober Living.
Elmer Day Sober Living currently operates three recovery homes, all situated in the heart of downtown Riverside. At present, we offer two homes dedicated to men and one home that serves individuals from the LGBTQ+ community. We are actively working toward expanding our services with the planned addition of a women’s home in the near future, as part of our continued commitment to providing safe, supportive, and inclusive sober living environments for all.
